Congratulations to Mousindha Arjunan, Calderdale Royal Hospital for winning this year’s annual essay prize. Mousindha submitted an original essay entitled “What is the potential role of artificial intelligence (AI) in ophthalmology, and what are the negative implications and caveats?” which the judges felt addresses an important topical issue. Mousindha will give a brief presentation on her essay at the NEOS autumn meeting.
